Ariel Fan, CEO and Founder of GreenWealth Energy is a visionary leader committed to transforming how we power electric vehicles. As the first woman and minority-owned energy company certified in California, GreenWealth Energy reflects Ariel's dedication to diversity and inclusivity in the clean energy sector.

Ariel’s journey began with a strong sense of environmental responsibility, advocating for a Kleenex ban in high school and raising awareness about destructive clear-cutting practices. She was recognized for her work and received the SoCal Edison (SCE) 2016 Energy Efficiency Award for securing the highest public funding for green building upgrades among millions of utility customers. In addition to her leadership, Ariel serves on the boards of E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs) and USGBC Los Angeles, where she actively advocates for implementing clean energy policies beneficial to businesses and the environment.

Position: Construction Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

  • GreenWealth Energy seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of EV charging infrastructure installations. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven background in managing construction projects, particularly electrical infrastructure or renewable energy. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery while navigating the regulatory and technical complexities of EV charging installations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning & Coordination

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for EV charging infrastructure installations.

    • Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, and finance teams to define and align project requirements.

    • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all work meets GreenWealth Energy’s quality standards, is on schedule, and is within budget.

    Site Management

    • Oversee all on-site construction activities, from site preparation to equipment installation and quality assurance.

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Coordinate with local utilities and permitting authorities to secure necessary approvals and maintain compliance.

    Technical Expertise

    • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during installations.

    • Ensure all electrical and civil works adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations.

    • Stay informed about developments in EV charging technology and construction best practices to optimize project outcomes.

    Budget & Cost Management

    • Track and manage project expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.

    • Prepare and present budget reports to the VP of Operations and senior leadership.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and develop installation and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

    • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate project objectives, timelines, and performance expectations.

    • Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement.

    Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

    • Provide timely updates on project progress and address any stakeholder concerns.

    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

    Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on electrical infrastructure or renewable energy.

    • Proven success overseeing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and team management.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, civil engineering principles, and construction best practices.

Grant Writer

Job Title: Grant Writer

  • We are looking for a skilled Grant/RFP Writer responsible for identifying grant opportunities and developing proposals for both public and private sector clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in writing grants, RFPs, and other procurement documents in the construction or EV industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with our executive, operations, and business development teams to craft winning proposals supporting EV infrastructure deployment growth. Given this position’s focus on California-based opportunities and funding organizations, GreenWealth is hiring a California-based Grant/RFP Writer for this role. Our Los Angeles team meets one day a week in the office (80% remote), and candidates based elsewhere in California may travel on occasion for team-wide activities in Southern California. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Grant Writing

    • Research, identify, and track federal, state, local, and private grant opportunities relevant to EV infrastructure and construction.

    • Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and submission deadlines.

    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather necessary data and information for proposals.

    RFP Response Development

    • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from government agencies, municipalities, and private companies.

    • Write, edit, and compile comprehensive responses, ensuring alignment with RFP requirements and company objectives.

    • Lead coordination process with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing, timelines, and technical approaches.

    Research and Strategy

    • Stay up to date on industry trends, funding sources, and policy changes affecting EV infrastructure and clean energy initiatives.

    • Assist in developing strategies to optimize the company’s success in winning grants and RFPs.

    Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, RFP responses, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

    • Prepare post-award reports and communicate with funding organizations as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Education 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field. Candidates with Associate’s degrees and 5+ years of direct experience in grant writing and/or RFP writing in the EV or construction sectors will be considered. A project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.

    Experience

    • Proven experience (3+ years) in grant writing and/or RFP response writing, ideally in the construction or EV infrastructure sector.

    • Successful track record of securing new grant/RFP funding opportunities.

    • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local government funding processes, especially in transportation, energy, or infrastructure projects. Understanding of California Energy Commission, California Air Resources Board, and Air Quality Management Districts’ processes and funding opportunities is ideal. 

    Skills 

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.

    • Excellent project management skills to minimize fire drills and offer proper lead time to internal teams, resulting in high quality proposals. An ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple submissions concurrently. 

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal software is a plus.

    Location and 80% Remote-Hybrid Schedule 

    GreenWealth is hiring a California-based Grant/RFP Writer for this role.     Compensation Band

  • The Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales organization to achieve the company's business objectives. The sales manager will develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure sector, including charging stations, power distribution, and related services. This role requires a visionary leader who can build and manage a high-performing sales team while cultivating strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.

    • Identify market opportunities and trends within the EV infrastructure industry to inform strategic decision-making.

    Team Leadership and Development:

Program Manager - Electric Vehicle Construction Projects

Position: Program Manager - Electric Vehicle Construction Project

  • The Program Manager for Electric Vehicle (EV) Construction Projects will lead and manage a portfolio of EV infrastructure construction projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is pivotal to the company’s mission to expand EV infrastructure and drive sustainable transportation solutions. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. This position may require travel to various project sites and work locations. The Program Manager will spend time in office and field environments to oversee project progress and meet with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EV construction projects simultaneously.

    • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of all projects.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication.

    • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.

    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and reports.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and enhance overall project outcomes.

    • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to accurately define project scope and proposal cost estimates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    •  5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within the EV infrastructure or construction industry.

    • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation through completion.

    • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.

    • Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, construction codes, and permitting processes is highly desirable.
